Matt re-joins the team in 2014 and is looking to finish what he started in 2013. During the 2013 season, Matt showed he had what it takes to battle up front and his top ten finishes throughout the Supercross season proved that. His biggest accomplishment in AMA Racing came in 2009 when he would move up to the 450 class and win the Southwick National that year, beating Chad Reed. In 2012, Matt was called upon to fill in for BTO Sports rider Michael Byrne, and made such an impression that he became full time with the team in 2013. For 2014, Matt is better prepared and more confident to run up front.
When he is not racing, riding, training, or traveling, he enjoys wakeboarding, jet skiing, and spending time with his friends. He has called Florida his home for years, but is a part-time Californian resident as well.
